Abstract

Latar Belakang: Secara epidemiologi telah terbukti bahwa kejadian serangan jantung dan serebrovaskuler tertinggi di waktu pagi hari. Dan kepustakaan menyebutkan bahwa kondisi kardiovaskuler berada dalam posisi paling rentan di waktu pagi hari. Stres mempunyai pengaruh kuat sebagai pemicu serangan kardiovaskuler telah banyak dibuktikan dari kepustakaan. Hingga kini masih sedikit penelitian yang mengkaji ritme sirkadian stres tersebut.Tujuan: Mendapatkan gambaran diskriptif distribusi stres dalam kaitannya ritme sirkadian pada populasi wanita Jawa MuslimMetoda: Sebanyak 30 wanita dari kader Aisyiyah Makamhaji Kartasura dan Kader Posyandu mengisi buku catatan harian stres. Peserta penelitian mencatat setiap adanya perubahan suasana hati terkait stres dalam lima waktu sholat wajib dan sunah dhuha, dalam periode waktu 8 minggu. Buku catatan dikumpulkan dan dianalisis serta ditabulasi Hasil: Didapatkan 516 catatan kejadian stimuli stresor yang mempengaruhi suasana hati. Distribusi stresor terbanyak di waktu subuh - dhuha sebesar 40.7%, disusul saat zuhur 25.97%, ashar 16.67%, maghrib 11.05% dan terkecil saat isya 5.62% Kesimpulan: Kejadian pemicu stres terbanyak di waktu ubuh - dhuha memperkuat gagasan kejadian serangan stroke dan serebrovaskuler di pagi hari.
