Penanaman Kesadaran Lingkungan Bersih dan Sehat pada Pekerja Migran dan Anak Pekerja Migran di Pimpinan Ranting Istimewa Muhammadiyah Kampong Bharu Kuala Lumpur

Warga Muhammadiyah yang tergabung dalam Pimpinan Ranting Istimewa Muhammadiyah (PRIM) Kampong Bharu sebagian adalah pekerja migran, selain PRIM terdapat kegiatan Sanggar Kegiatan Bimbingan (SKB) tempat anak pekerja migran dan orang tua mengikuti bimbingan. Dari observasi pada pengabdian masyarakat sebelumnya, terdapat temuan bahwa warga muhammadiyah sangat membutuhkan penyadaran dan pelatihan dalam menciptakan lingkungan hidup yang bersih dan sehat. Lokasi Kampong Bharu pernah terdampak banjir cukup tinggi dan pemukiman padat penduduk dengan fasiltas kebersihan terbatas. Penyadaran terhadap perlunya lingkungan hidup yang sehat dan bersih, bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran untuk aktif dan berpartisipasi dalam gerakan lingkungan yang bersih dan sehat. Melalui skala sikap terbukti sangat setuju untuk terwujudnya lingkungan hidup yang sehat dan bersih di lingkungan Kampong Bharu, dan menolak bahwa kebersihan lingkungan hanya tanggungjawab pemerintahan setempat. Metode penyadaran diawali dengan sosialisasi menjelaskan isi dan pesan poster, selanjutnya untuk anak pekerja migran menggunakan Media Dadu yang berisikan pertanyaan masalah lingkungan bersih dan sehat, untuk menggali mengklarifikasi dan menanamkan sikap kesadaran, serta diberikan solusi mewujudkan lingkungan yang bersih dan sehat. Akhir kegiatan membagikan media poster kebersihan lingkungan kepada pekerja migram maupun anak pekerja migran, serta pemasangan poster di sekitar lokasi, selanjutnya pendampingan mewujudkan lingkungan bersih dan sehat. Hasil kegiatan yaitu tumbuh kesadaran bahwa mewujudkan lingkungan yang bersih merupakan tanggungjawab bersama dan lingkungan yang bersih dan indah bermanfaat untuk kesehatan bersama. Tumbuh rasa tanggungjawab bahwa anak-anak perlu dibiasakan untuk peduli buang sampah pada tempatnya, serta masyarakat siap untuk berkerja untuk membersihkan lingkungan. Dibagikan tiga macam poster kepada pekerja migran dan anak pekerja migran untuk dipasang di sekitar rumahnya dan beberapa poster telah dipasang di beberapa tempat.
