Inovasi Berkelanjutan dalam Pengajaran Bahasa Inggris: Integrasi AI untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Mahasiswa Bahasa Inggris

Integrasi Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam pengajaran Bahasa Inggris menjadi inovasi penting untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa di pendidikan tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis bentuk integrasi AI, perannya dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar, serta faktor yang memengaruhi keberlanjutan inovasi pembelajaran. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AI diintegrasikan melalui chatbot pembelajaran, umpan balik otomatis, dan sistem pembelajaran adaptif yang mendukung English Language Teaching (ELT). Penerapan AI meningkatkan rasa percaya diri, otonomi, dan keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Namun, keberlanjutan inovasi ini dipengaruhi oleh literasi digital, kesiapan pedagogis, dan dukungan institusional.
