Prediktor Nyeri Post Litotripsi pada Fase 24 Jam Paska Tindakan di RS Tk III Dr. Soetarto Yogyakarta

Batu saluran kemih (BSK) membutuhkan tindakan pembedahan salah satunya lithotripsi, namun dapat menyebabkan nyeri akibat pembedahan. Angka kejadian nyeri akut sering dijumpai paska operasi pada fase 24 jam paska tindakan sehingga penting untuk mengidentifikasi prediktornya. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui prediktor nyeri post litotripsi pada fase 24 jam paska tindakan. Prediktor nyeri post litotripsi yang diteliti meliputi faktor demografi (usia, jenis kelamin, IMT), nyeri pre operasi, lokasi batu, lama insersi uteroskop, dan ukuran batu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian observasional, bersifat analitik korelasi dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah semua pasien post litotripsi pada fase 24 jam paska tindakan di Rumah Sakit dr. Soetarto (DKT). Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampel sebanyak 23 orang pasien. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) digunakan mengukur nyeri pre dan post operasi litotripsi. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-Square dan regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan faktor demografi usia (P=0,041), indeks massa tubuh (P=0,047), nyeri pra operasi (P=0,040), lokasi batu (P=0,016), lama insersi uteroskop (P=0,047) dengan nyeri post litotripsi. Tidak ada hubungan jenis kelamin dengan nyeri post litotripsi (P=0,327). Faktor paling dominan prediktor nyeri post litotripsi pada fase 24 jam paska tindakan adalah ukuran batu (OR=9,024 dan; Cl = 0,412-197,406). Kesimpulan penelitian yaitu prediktor nyeri post litotripsi pada fase 24 jam paska tindakan di RS Tk III dr. Soetarto Yogyakarta meliputi faktor demografi (usia dan IMT), nyeri pre operasi, lokasi batu, lama insersi uteroskop, dan ukuran batu.
