Abstract

Saat ini penggunaan smartphone sudah menjadi hal esensial dari kehidupan sehari-hari. Salah satu aktivitas yang paling populer saat ini adalah menonton video. Kemudahan dalam mengakses video dan perpesanan membuat pengguna menggunakan smartphone dalam berbagai situasi. Berdasarkan aktifitasnya, berjalan menggunakan smartphone termasuk dalam kategori dual-task. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa efek perubahan pola jalan pada salah satu aktivitas dengan smartphone yaitu menonton video dan perpesanan, dimana para pengguna menonton beberapa klip video selama berjalan. Metode yang digunakan adalah experimental single subject design. Total subjek 18 orang yang terdiri dari 9 laki-laki dan 9 perempuan, dengan rentang usia 21.33 ± 0.88 tahun. Parameter yang diukur adalah knee degree. Subjek diminta berjalan dalam 4 kondisi yaitu baseline, hold smartphone, dual-task texting-watching, dan dualtask obstacle. Seluruh percobaan direkam menggunakan kamera, untuk protocol pengumpulan data menggunakan visual gait analysis, dengan bantuan kinovea untuk menganalisa gerak 2D atau mengkonversikan data kinematik dari video menjadi data koordinat. Hasil dari repeated measures ANOVA menyatakan bahwasanya penggunaan smartphone memiliki efek yang signifikan (p < 0.001) pada peningkatan knee degree saat melewati obstacle.]
