Pengaruh Kombinasi Cervical Stabilizing Exercise dengan McKenzie Neck Exercise terhadap Perbaikan Forward Head Posture (FHP)

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Forward head posture (FHP) merupakan kelainan yang terjadi pada leher dan kepala, dimana posisi kepala melebihi bahu saat dilihat dari bidang sagital. Upaya fisioterapi untuk perbaikan FHP dapat dilakukan dengan kombinasi cervical stabilizing exercise dengan mckenzie neck exercise. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi cervical stabilizing exercise dengan mckenzie neck exercise terhadap perbaikan FHP pada penjahit konfeksi di Kecamatan Tirto, Kabupaten Pekalongan. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan pre eksperiment design dengan pre test and post test without control group design. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan 29 responden. Pengukuran FHP dengan metode craniovertebral angle (CVA) menggunakan alat ukur goniometer. Intervensi dalam penelitian ini adalah kombinasi cervical stabilizing exercise dengan mckenzie neck exercise, diberikan 3 kali per minggu selama 3 minggu. Analisa menggunakan paired ttest. Hasil Penelitian: Mean CVA sebelum intervensi (41,21º) dan mean setelah intervensi  (47,00º). Nilai ? value 0,000 < (0,005), artinya ada pengaruh kombinasi cervicalstabilizing exercise dengan mckenzie neck exercise terhadap perbaikan FHP pada penjahit konfeksi di Kecamatan Tirto, Kabupaten Pekalongan. Simpulan: Ada pengaruh kombinasi cervical stabilizing exercise dengan mckenzie neck exercise terhadap perbaikan FHP. Saran: Tenaga kesehatan khususnya fisioterapi muskuloskeletal dapat menggunakan kombinasi cervical stabilizing exercise dengan mckenzie neck exercise untuk perbaikan FHP.
