Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui status gizi, persen lemak tubuh pekerja konveksi di CV Putra Jaya. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional dengan jumlah subjek 25 orang yang terdiri dari 7 laki-laki dan 18 perempuan. Tempat penelitian dipilih secara purposive dengan pengambilan subjek secara proporsional. Penelitian dilakkan pada bulan Februari 2022. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian sebagian besar subjek memiliki status gizi normal (50%) dan sisanya memiliki status gizi lebih (41,6%) dan status gizi kurang (8,3%). Sementara itu status gizi berdasarkan persen lemak tubuh sebagian besar subjek memiliki status gizi obesitas 68%. Subjek perempuan lebih banyak yang memiliki status gizi lebih dibandingkan laki-laki. Kategori rasio lingkar pinggang dan pinggul menunjukan bahwa pekerja yang mengalami obesitas sebesar (83,33%) dan perempuan (36,8%), sedangkan pekerja yang tidak obesitas sebesar laki-laki (33,33) dan perempuan (57,9%). Secara kesuluruhan subjek memiliki status gizi obesitas yang dilihat dari indeks IMT, persen lemak tubuh dan rasio lingkar pinggang dan panggul.
