Peningkatan Kualitas Hidup Lansia Melalui Intervensi Terapi Aktivitas Kelompok Psikodrama di Panti Wredha

Abstract

Menjadi tua merupakan proses alami yang diikuti perubahan fisik, kognitif maupun psikososial. Kemunduran yang dialami lansia berpengaruh terhadap kualitas hidupnya. Hal ini perlu diperhatikan agar lansia dapat menjalani hidupnya dengan nyaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kualitas hidup lansia sebelum dan sesudah diberikan TAK model psikodrama. Rancangan penelitian menggunkan preexperimental one group pre-post test design. Populasi adalah seluruh lansia di Panti Wredha Sultan Fatah. Jumlah sampel 12 orang diambil dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen WHO-QoL BREEF. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji statistic wilcoxon dengan tingkat kemaknaan p<0,05. Pengukuran kualitas hidup sebelum diberikan TAK psikodrama, sebagian besar lansia berada pada tingkat sedang, dengan hasil domain satu sampai empat sebanyak: 10 orang (83,3%), 7 orang (58,3%), 11 orang (91,7%) dan 7 orang (58,3%). Sesudah diberikan TAK Psikodrama sebagian besar lansia berada pada tingkat kualitas hidup baik, dengan hasil domain satu, dua, dan empat sebanyak 12 orang (100%), 7 orang (58,3%), 11 orang (91,7%), sedangkan pada domain tiga sebagian besar berada pada tingkat sangat baik yaitu 7 orang (58,3%). Ada perbedaan kualitas hidup lansia sebelum dan sesudah diberikan TAK psikodrama (p value domain satu 0,003, dan domain dua sampai empat 0,002). Terdapat perbedaan dan peningkatan kualitas hidup yang signifikan pada lansia sebelum dan sesudah diberikan intervensi psikodrama. Panti Wredha perlu diberikan TAK model psikodrama rutin untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup pada lansia.
