Faktor-Faktor Yang Berhubungan Dengan Kecemasan Pada Petugas Uptd Puskesmas Gombong 1 Di Masa Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract

Peningkatan dan penyebaran COVID-19 yang cepat dapat mempengaruhi kondisi fisik dan psikis petugas fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan. Gangguan psikis yang terjadi pada masa pandemi COVID-19 ini diantaranya kecemasan, maka kesehatan dan kesejahteraan jiwa petugas di garis depan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan perlu diperhatikan dan didukung. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor faktor yang berhubungan kecemasan petugas UPTD Puskesmas Gombong 1 di masa pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui secara ilmiah mengenai faktor faktor yang berhubungan dengan kecemasan petugas UPTD Puskesmas Gombong 1 di masa pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian deskriptif analisis, dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Hasil penelitian, pada hasil uji analisis statistic menggunakan uji Kendall Tau diketahui bahwa ada hubungan antara status pernikahan (p=0,027) dan riwayat komorbid diri/keluarga (p=0,000) dan tidak ada hubungan antara umur (p=0,112), jenis kelamin (p=0,139), pendidikan (p=0,903), masa kerja (p=0,394), pelatihan (p=0,941), unit kerja (p=1,000), dan fasilitas APD (p=0,821) dengan tingkat kecemasan petugas di UPTD Puskesmas Gombong I pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Sebagian besar responden berada pada tingkat kecemasan ringan sebanyak 32(57,1%) dan ada hubungan antara status pernikahan (p=0,027) dan riwayat komorbid diri/keluarga (p=0,000) dengan tingkat kecemasan petugas di UPTD Puskesmas Gombong I pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Rekomendasi untuk peneliti selanjutnya, menambahkan variable seperti jenis profesi yang lebih spesifik dan tingkat pengetahuan tentang COVID-19 pada populasi yang homogen dengan alat ukur kecemasan yang lebih objektif lagi.
