Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh pengaruh motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi hubungan antara job autonomy, adversity quotient dan kinerja karyawan UKM makanan dan minuman kota Surakarta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan populasi penelitian berjumlah 100 tenaga kerja UKM makanan dan minuman di Surakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui pendistribusian kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil olah data dengan bantuan aplikasi smartPLS 3.0, diperoleh hasil bahwasannya variabel job autonomy berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan UKM. Variabel job autonomy berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap motivasi karyawan UKM. Variabel adversity quotient berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan UKM. Variabel adversity quotient berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap motivasi karyawan UKM. Variabel motivasi secara positif signifikan memediasi job autonomy dan adversity quotient terhadap kinerja. berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan UKM. Secara simultan ketiga variabel independen tersebut mempengaruhi variabel dependen.
