Abstract

Individual Learning Plans or ILP merupakan program bimbingan dan konseling yang dapat digunakan oleh konselor dalam membantu siswa merencanakan pendidikan sampai dengan pengambilan keputusan studi lanjut ke perguruan tinggi. Dalam rangka mengimplementasikan program yang profesional, program diselenggarakan dengan mengikuti kaidah-kaidah pelaksanaan program ILP. Penelitian ini melalui pendekatan studi literatur melalui jurnal, buku, maupun atrikel ilmiah. Analisis penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif hingga berbagai konsep hingga titik jenuh. Temuan dari konsep ILP dan proses aplikasi dari ILP. ILP mengungkap bahwa adalah proses terstruktur yang memungkinkan siswa untuk merencanakan masa depan mereka dalam tiga domain perkembangan yaitu akademik, karir dan pribadi - sosial, serta memungkinkan konselor dan guru untuk mengamati kemajuan siswa sepanjang kontinum melalui pembelajaran. Perencanaan individu siswa melalui program ILP yang dilaksanakan oleh konselor merupakan program sistemik yang dirancang untuk membantu siswa secara individual menetapkan tujuan pribadi dan mengembangkan rencana masa depan. Konselor sekolah mengkoordinasikan kegiatan yang membantu semua rencana siswa, memantau dan mengelola pembelajaran mereka sendiri serta memenuhi kompetensi di bidang akademik, karir dan pengembangan pribadi atau sosial.
