Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of religiosity and organizational
culture on employee's performance in Waroeng SS in Purwokerto. It was
quantitative research. There were 50 employees as the research subjects.
The subjects were taken by using try out used. The data were collected by
using a Likert scale which consisted of a religiosity scale, an organizational
culture scale, and a performance scale. The results of the reliability test
were measured using alpha Cronbach with the results of the reliability of
0.873 for religiosity, 0.870 for organizational culture, and 0.932 for
performance. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression
analysis. Based on the analysis of the data, the value of F count = 63.979
with a probability sig (p) = 0.000 (sig value (p) 0.05). It can be concluded
that the hypothesis is accepted. It means that there is a simultaneous effect
of religiosity and organizational culture on the employee's performance in
Waroeng SS in Purwokerto.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh religiusitas dan budaya
organisasi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja pada karyawan
Waroeng “SS” di Purwokerto. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian
kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 50 karyawan Waroeng “SS”
Purwokerto dengan menggunakan try out terpakai. Metode pengumpulan
data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan skala Likert yang
terdiri dari skala religiusitas, skala budaya organisasi dan skala kinerja.
Hasil uji reliabilitas diukur menggunakan alpha cronbach dengan hasil
reliabilitas religiusitas 0,873, budaya organisasi 0,870, dan kinerja 0,932.
Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik
analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan analisis data yang diperoleh
yaitu nilai Fhitung = 63,979 dengan probabilitas sig (p) = 0,000 (nilai sig (p)
< 0,05), maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis diterima yaitu terdapat
pengaruh religiusitas dan budaya organisasi secara parsial dan simultan
terhadap kinerja pada karyawan Waroeng “SS” di Purwokerto.
