Gambaran Tingkat Pengetahuan Perawat tentang Patient Centered Care (PCC) di Ruang ICU RS di Kabupaten Kebumen

Patient centered care (PCC) merupakan bentuk pelayanan kesehatan
yang menempatkan pasien sebagai center atau pusat pelayanan.
PCC sebuah hal baru di dalam sistem pelayanan keperawatan di
Indonesia, dan masih terbatas penelitian terkait PCC di ICU.
Pengetahuan perawat tentang PCC menjadi komponen penting
dalam implementasi PCC di ICU dengan kompleksitas perawatan
pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat
pengetahuan perawat tentang PCC di ruang ICU RS di kabupaten
kebumen. Desain penelitian ini deskriptif crossectional. Sampel
penelitian ini adalah perawat ruang ICU RS di kabupaten kebumen
sejumlah 41 responden, dengan tekhnik total sampling. Instrumen
dalam penelitian ini memodifikasi 8 dimensi PCC menurut Harvey
Picker (1988). Tekhnik analisa data yang digunakan yaitu analisis
univariat dengan menampilkan tabel distribusi frekuensi. Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar perawat
berpengetahuan baik tentang PCC (90,2%). Penelitian ini dijadikan
data dasar untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan perawat ICU
tentang PCC.
